i think i'll give it a try...i don't really play honda but i like playing gen, so this might help me with mk ->hands, i always do (try to do) the piano thing but sometimes EX comes out n' stuff

@BigTiggaR yeha tis works for gen really well. I learned this Technique from my buddy who's a Gen player. sadly though, Gen's MK to Hands isn't in SSF4. But he's stil fun to play

yeah heard about that...i was about to learn him better, and now they take away his BnB kind of...but i'll check him out anyways his new ultras look interesting and maybe he got some other tools to work with...but i REALLY hope that bison is now good :D

anyways i will try the slide method today on gen, honda and blanka..let's see how it fits my playstyle :P

what do you use for piano? which inputs?

@ERRA718 Well being a bass player I use the most natural human way of drumming for piano inputs.

so this means i use the right to left method. so if i were to do jab xx fp.hhs. my input woulds be lp, fp, mp, lp, fp.

sometimes i do that input, and sometimes it doesn't come out i dont know why i go to the training and put the inputs on, and it shows them but sometimes it just doesnt come out.. =( did this happen 2 u?

@ERRA718 That means your arent inputing the rest of the buttons fast enough. it has to complete before the recovery frames end on the lp.

if you need to get the timing down. you can use two hands in training mode to help you hear the timing.

for example: left hand's pointer on LP and then your right hand's point and middle finger on MP and HP. just piano it and see how fast you have to do it. and see how slow you can do it and get away with it.

the slide works best, but in order to hit consistently, you gotta have finesse with your slide, gentle and swift hehe.
