I relly want to attend his sessions once..but the sad part is that I am in India...and no way i can go to his Singapore to attend his sessions.....

I have met Ron personally and I am convinced that he is number 1 in the world in Service training, strategy and goes beyond his books and methodology to create the best service collage in the world.
He is as real nice in real life as he is on the stage. Energetic, humerus, wise and kind.
He walks the talk . He runs his company by really caring about his own customers.
I am looking for the first possible opportunity to work with Ron.
