@TheRetardedShits actually, Zangief copied Haggar s moves as the story goes.

@chucky78596 I thought I read in the manuals or in game mags that they're friends, and Haggar copied his spinning piledriver, while Zangief copied his spin punch, but I read that was a long time ago, so I'm not sure if that's the case.
