  • como carga ese subaruu !

  • @RAWfart You kidding me? Dirt belongs on a STi. That's how you know that the owner shows love <3 ;]

  • stock exhaust ur suffocating that beast ya need a aftermarket exhaust man other than that nice ride

  • Nice Scubaru love these japanese muscle cars

  • i wouldn't park my car in front of a rolling road like that white one in the vid lol

  • What a messy dyno..

  • So what mods are on the car?

  • Beauty its dirty :D

  • how much that tune put you back

  • O M G

  • thats prolly the smalled exhaust iv have ever seen on an sti

  • that shit is mad dirty haha but sounds dope

  • Mini pipe lol

  • hey howaboutthemapplz, i also have 05 STi with similar results. 285 whp and 309 lbs on stage 2 protune. mine was tuned by P&L.

  • all thies people leaving there meaningless openions when they dont know shit if Tim Bailey tuned it its a damn good tune. Get some basic knowledge or shut up. Nice Subie!

  • i would of give you more whp if you came to me by just doing a simple decat and a bleed valve you mad head!!!!!

  • weak

  • people really need to understand that different dyno's will yield different HP on a given vehicle. also, one can go about going ALL for horsepower, let's say places like (insert certain evo tuner here), but i also know about them blowing up engines.

  • thats not necessarily true. my friends 06 sti with tbe, intake and fuel pump otherwise stock made 340whp 365wtq. its all about the tuning. a completely stock sti can make almost 300whp with a good tune. but yeah its not completely about the numbers. you want driveability and reliability too. also a good power curve also. if you make 300whp for 100 rpm and then everything else is like low 200's then that 300whp becomes useless.

  • Different dynos will also show a different WHP for the same car. Keep that in mind when you're comparing dyno sheets with other cars on the interwebnets

  • yep two posts up i said that dynamics and mustang dynos read lower than dynojet (5-13 percent lower). dyno numbers are nice but showing gains is what dyno's are used for. buschur and ttp's mustang dynos read the same like he said it was 12%. ahh...im going to stop being technical. NICE CAR MAN. btw sounds nice (i like the way and sti sounds over my evo). i should have videos of my dyno up soon....just gotta get my camera back from this guy then you can harass my videos to make it even ;)

  • also depends on what kind of dyno.

  • 06 sti with intake and fuel pump making 340 whp? what kind of dyno would that be? lol

  • on a dynojet 340whp with intake, exhaust and fuel pump is possible.

  • sounds nice

  • ohhhh man this car is...god!!!

  • btw im not bashing your car, its a real nice car...just the tune isnt so good. im not trying to act my like 375whp evo is so much better than yours or whatever. cause 375 really isnt THAT much when a lot of guys are pushing well over 450. im just saying that you should find a good tuner and put get your moneys worth out of your mods. also is that dyno a dynamics, dynojet mustang dyno? cause if its a dynamics than 285whq could be understandable cause they read lower than the others

  • and also i hope you know EVO makes better power than an STi will evos are more part friendly like compare an evo with gt 35 setup with sti with gt 35 set the evo would get a little more power over the sti, not bashin subaru since i drive one and love it to death

  • wow 285whp and 310wtq is not that impressive. my evo9 stock turbo is around 375whp with tbe, intake, fmic, cams stock turbo. my friends sti with the same mods as you minus the fmic put down 350whp 375wtq. you shouldve just got buschur to tune you instead of that other guy. buschur wouldve gotten you WAY more hp and tq. those are good mods, not too good of a tune. get tuned by ams or buschur and youll be amazed at the difference

  • i dont understand one thing.maybe someone can help me. a 2005 wrx sti stock has 300hp (thats what i see on wikipedia and other websites) so how come tunes ones like this make les? :S and not just subaru many other cars...have less hp then stock. thx

  • The sti has 300 CRANK hp. The number you see from the dyno is WHEEL hp. 285whp is ~50 hp more than stock.

  • obviously you've never had a car tuned or know nothing about tuning a car.

That "pea shooter" is a wideband o2 sensor sitting at the end of his exhaust. Take a closer look. His exhuast is PLENTY big for his applications and future goals.

  • Comment removed

  • lol

  • lmao fail that you dont see the 3inch exhaust the "pea shooter inside of"

  • lol good point i think i need glasses

  • this actually made me LOL

    its ok buddy

  • thats not the exhaust look closer

  • rofl! ITS A FREAKIN O2 SENSOR MORON!

  • fuck me that wasnt established one moth ago lol tit

  • HAHA! he knows now. leave him alone

  • i thought burschur racing only did evo's

  • wat suspention di u go with....

  • dude this is my pro tuned turbo charged baby my dream car

  • How do you like those megan headers? im thinking about getting em. MEssage me when you get a chance. Thx man

  • first, understand that not much power is gained when using stock turbo or a small upgrade. so this is not somehting that is going to make a big difference. as far as the quality of the megan header, it is great. not a single complaint. There was a fitment issue with the subframe. the barely touched and rattled, but i grabbed the small section with channel locks and bent it down a little bit, then spray painted so it wont rust (3 inches to bend) beside that, A+ part. i picked it up for 250 new

  • Nice car! but ur killing me! why cant u give that baby a nice wash with some wax!!!!!

  • lol thanks. yeah, it was clean, i had to drive it an hour away in the snow in order to get it to the tune place. lol

  • @RAWfart subarus look better dirty!!!!!

  • @RAWfart subies are supposed to get dirty once in a while, why do you think there AWD

  • How much PSI? I got tuned by tim in March and My WRx put down 298hp and 341tq boosting at 18 psi

  • 18psi tuned on 93 octane. on Buschur Racing's mustang dyno. Buschur told me to add 12% cause their dyno reads low.

numbers dont mean anything to me anyhow, the car runs GREAT. and its still reliable :)

  • Ahh yeah, I wonder why that is, why do so many read different numbers. I really wanted to get my car road tuned instead of dyno tuned. Sean (Mastertuner) used to do it but he passed away a few months ago

  • pencil tip? my eyes are probably deceiving me, straight pipe from teh turbo, right :D

  • I have a noob tastic question...Sti has a top mount IC unit stock, when you put in an after market turbo, does the car end up having 2 IC units, or do you just remove the top mount???

  • well if you convert to a new "bigger" turbo than you should put in a fmi (front mount intercooler) than that would take up the space the tmi (top mount intercooler) .. if you stick with the stock turbo than there is no sence in getting a fmi...

  • so to answer your question, bigger turbo= fmi = ditch the tmi cuz no space for it brother! :)

  • you should have more whp with the mods you have at stage 2... when i got my tbe and reflash it put me up to 300 whp 320 fpt.. keep up the good work and nice car!!

  • well i guess it depends on which dino your on too but i think your car should be pushing around 310/320 whp, injectors would be a good next mod for you also how much psi are you pushing with your stock turbo??..

  • 18 psi, i was tuned with Deatschwerks 740cc injectors. mustang dyno requires you to add 12% which would put me right at 310-315hp and 390tq.

im also running FMIC on stock snail (VF39). full boost at 2600rpm in 2-3-4-5-6 gear. fmic works great on stock turbo. im even running a 24x10x3 core. its pretty big. in preparation for new turbo. ;)

    thanks for the support!

  • wat exhaust is on that.. 1.6gl exhaust??

  • cobb catless turbo back. with a megan racing header.

  • oh and exactly how much hp did the protune incresae u>?

  • stock is about 210 at the wheels...

the pipe is some kind of sensor. im not sure what it is.

  • so the tune ITSELF gave you 80WHP excluding mods? Just the tune itself? holycrap

  • emission censor would be my guess or to see how rich shes runnin but what do i know? lol

  • what is that little pipe connected to teh exhaust?

  • Its a Wideband O2 Sensor, thats what the "pipe" is
