wonderful fritz! perfect tip! any ideas on other "easy" way to buy rare earth magnets like you did here, and not from some website that will take 6 weeks to ship them to your home?
To be honest, the fat black stick doesn't look better at all in my opinion. I never had any problems with the GW flying bases. If you use them properly, they shouldn't break.
Hm. I do not glue the models on the stick so they don't break off while being transported. During the game, I move units on a flying base by grabbing not just the base but the miniature also, so there is no additional stress on the pole. And this has worked for me since then, no breaking whatsoever.
i love it. what size screw was that? could you do some stuff on the imperial guard i play guard and saw you did. and your tactics videos are great. so i was hoping you could do some guard tactics. btw what happened to you and jawaballs havent seen you guys in a while. thanks
I did! I did the most unthinkable and worst crime in 40K- spray painting your models! Silver spray, dipped them in minwax with black ink, then picked out the gauss and other details + some silver and white highlights on the edges. Base and done. I literally did 50 warriors, 10 destroyers, 2 lords, and 10 scarabs + monolith in a day of painting.
I' do the same with my space wolves give them a coat of army painter Gray It cuts down on painting time then all i had to was the detial which tock the longest :-)
If you want some really small magnets for cheap I found a website called K & J Magnetics. There's no minimum order but you'll still have to pay like seven bucks shipping for 5 dollars worth of magnets.
My preferred kind is the D201-N52 very thin and perfect for magnetizing arms and powerful enough to where you won't want to pretend that they're ear rings.
Yes that's a good idea !!!1
Thank you !!!!

didnt you have those things on your eldar jet bikes?? cuz it looked like they had thicker spokes

kinda good much better then gw's shitty flying bases
eveplayer12 2 years ago
So we go from a clear flying base to looking like the destroyer is taking it from behind.
If the Magz were clear, this would make more sense.

That's awesome! Lookin for Magz on the net now in bulk. Thanks dude!

If you stick them they snap, if you dont they wear down and the thing falls off.
Thats what I found anyway
