KINDLE OR NOOK...

i stay in india... i have asked my uncle to get a kindle from usa (amazon) but have one doubt.. can i use it with sideloaded books or rather pdf books...

i mean im not going to buy from amazon always.... so will it support sideloaded books..

@9322002898 I'd definitely recommend the Kindle from prior and current experiences. Yes it can sideload books and also use PDF books as well. The Kindle is also a lot cheaper then the nook, and the books are pretty cheap. Hope this helps!

well, if they`d be both affordable i would`ve bought them both,ipad2 is really powerful and i like the OS

@anilsenturk It's better then iPad if all you're going to do is use it for reading.. The iPad has more uses and function but if you're looking for a simple machine with one purpose, the Kindle is better..

The Kindle is fantastic, I received mine a few days ago and love it!!!

And it is not lazy to have an e-reader it is so smart to not have a ton of books to haul around and it is environmentaly friendly, I would think! I am going to buy one for my son..... He loves books, the book store is his candy store! How could knowledge in your hand be lazy! You will have more time to ride bikes and run around outside if you can skip the trip to a quiet library.... I just want one in color for him....thanks for sharing:)
