games like soul nomad and makai kingdom still take place in the disgaea universe. the only reason that they aren't disgaea games is because of the difference in gameplay. the prinny games are still disgaea games but don't have disgaea anywhere in the title. so no she's a disgaea character. if she were a general nippon ichi character then she would appear in games like sakura wars.

1. Go to the main screen then while selecting New Game. Press Triangle Square Circle Triangle Square Circle then X. You will Axel's voice, that means you succeeded. If not, try again. You will play as lvl 1 Axel.

2. Beat the game in Adell mode and select "Play Axel Mode" or something like that. You will play as lvl 100 Axel along with your previous created characters in Adell Mode.
