  • To stop the light metering adjusting itself during filming, set AE Lock ON before you start recording, and the exposure will stay constant throughout, rather than grade it self up and down noticeably as white areas and dark areas alternate throughout the frame.

    MENU > f4 > Assign AE-L/AF-L > AE lock (hold) > OK
