  • you do know that Snuffles is permanent?? u can't really cure it. it will go away but once stressed again it comes back?

  • I feel bad for your bunnies. They have to walk on hard wire all day and you have WAY too many to pay enough attention to all of them!

  • @jadu1857

    Yes, i completely agree!

  • Why is everyone saying 'i was impressed with how much you love your rabbits'? No.

If anyone who breeds rabbits cared and loved their rabbits they would feed them hay and give them toys and a place to run around in. Rabbits should have enough space to run and i hope these rabbits get sold to loving homes with people who will care.

  • Some good looking rabbits!

  • were do you get your rabits

  • how much is it

  • Where are the toys, hideaways, chew toys, hay, veggies...something? This is really sad that this is there life:( Poor Jack:(

  • I would seriously ring animal cruelty because this is horrible living conditions.

  • I really enjoyed your rabbitry tour. I was very impressed by how much you love your rabbits. I used to raise Dutch and Rex.

  • Poor rabbits... were is there water for the last rabbits. Cruel..

  • @bletscher1 Pause at 8:29 you see the nozzle, and at 8:40 you see the bottle. They're behind the board that's protecting them from the sun. Beautiful rabbits, btw. I love your Opals, but I'm biased towards Opals.

  • Where is their hay?

  • do u have any hutches for sale. for a male rabbit. do u deliver

  • what state do u live in????? im looking 2 buy 2 mini rex or rex rabbits!!

  • super cute bunnies :)

  • shittyy enclosures

  • hey im not bein rude but that type of flooring hurts there feet n wheres the hay and bedding xx

  • @lani495 thats what I am saying, where is the hay. And, the cages are inappropriate.

  • @lani495 The floor won't hurt their feet if there is a board in the cage, which there is in each one of these. Rabbits don't need hay during the summer, and should only have it as a treat. Not trying to offend , just saying (:

  • @xXxKrAzYyxXx The board itself wont hurt their feet, but chemical burns from excess urine and feces build up will.

  • nice cage but do u ever have bedding so they dont get to cold x

  • Why do you have two rabbits named Jack?

  • were is their hay?

  • not to be rude 2 ur rabbit or anything but if Jack ur bunny is a rex isnt he kinda big for a rex? or overweight or something?????

  • @trizan123 Well, he's 'supposed' to be a Mini Rex... his mom was an average quality doe but his dad was a 6lb tri color Mini Rex that I got at a pet store. He might as well be a mixed breed... But he had the sweetest temperment ever! Loved to lick, could be easily held like a baby.

  • @shanestamatis1966 o ok hes probably just has lots of fur then.... bcuz well.... i have 15 rabbits at the moment how much do u have???

  • @trizan123 I no longer raise rabbits, so I don't have any at the moment, although I'm hoping to purchase a Flemish Giant as soon as I can afford it.

  • @shanestamatis1966 o i have 2 flemish'z and they r 1 is a boy and the other iz a girl and im breeding in the spring!!! u know cuz winter is on the way and its hard to raise rabbits in the winter isnt it>?

  • @shanestamatis1966 I just got, today, I got one, a Flemish Giant, now I have 20 rabbits, and 3 are Flemish Giants! He looks just like Jack. I think I will name him that if you don't mind.

  • @shanestamatis1966 Cool! Hope you can get one. And I had like 15 flemish giants like 2 months ago, because I bred the two I had before and she had like 13 babies. and Only one survived and the mother died so I am left with two again! Sorry about my comment before, I will put up a rabbitry tour soon...and I have a Rex, and he's HUGE! He takes up most of his cage! lol :)

  • Hi I was wondering how you pick a jape rabit from a normal one I am looking for a good show rabbit if u have one for sale I might be interested so can u please emailnme back and to let u no I am a beginner thank you

  • man where did you get all of yours their so cute

  • Looks like a vivisection lab. Too many, too cramped. Wire flooring is a no-no. They get their claws caught up in it. Where is their hay? They need constant access to it 24/7. I stopped watching at 1:00. If you love bunnies, stop rescuing ones you can't care for & concentrate on a pair. Sorry.

  • @rubusroo68 ive had bunnies my whole life and we had them in wire cages the whold time thats alot of years!!!!! and they r fine!!!!

  • Poor Buns! I'm glad you sold them.

  • I think they became ill because of the wire in the cages. Rabbits are easy to litter train. They DO NOT do well on wire. It can make them sick. Knowing about what to feed them, and what not to feed them. I have a Flemish Giant. He is MASIVE. Shiny coat, and very happy. I am sorry you lost your rabbits, maybe next time read on how to care for your rabbits. Mine go to the vet once a year. I don't see water bottles, and I don't see a private room. They probably died of heart attacks and.

  • @xXxKrAzYyxXx @xXxKrAzYyxXx Oh, as you seem to be the world know all in rabbits, just wondering, can you identify the breeds of my rabbits? Look on my channel for their videos.

  • @happysaz133 I am not the world of rabbits, Im just merely stating that I know alot more than you do. And im sure I could identify the breeds of your rabbits, but seeing as though iv'e already stated you can't tell me what theyre coloring is or what they are im not going to give you that satisfaction. Im sick of playing games with you so im going to agree to disagree although im sure you'll have some comment towards that.

  • @xXxKrAzYyxXx I don't see how you can know that you know more than me, you don't even know me! Do you not realise everyone is entitled to an opinion? In my opinion this is not acceptable accomodation, in your opinion it is. END OF. My rabbits are caramel coloured and black and white. I would be really grateful if you could tell me their breeds.

  • @xXxKrAzYyxXx Wow someone has an attitude! And I could actually, but then, it doesn't concern you. What pointless people there are in the world.

  • @fidelling Right back at ya :) not going to waste any more breath, you're obviously inable of being educated.

  • @happysaz133 I need the educating???Im trying to help when someone is being targeting for nothing...But thank you think about your rabbits and stop hating on othere:() im sure you take great care of your rabbits but so does she

  • @fidelling OK, I'll be the grown up here and we'll agree to disagree. End of. I have a genuine question though, no arguing intended. What do you consider unacceptable for rabbit accomodation? I don't mean this to cause an argument, just curious what is acceptable between countries.

  • @happysaz133 good deal...I believe that is the rabbit isnt suffering form dieses or absesses or things like that..if its not sick or living in its own feces and urine and can live a nice live free of predator or other harmful things there good to go..Now I dont raise my rabbits the same as her by all means mine are in my garage and it is very very clean..but people are different and will think differently:)

  • @fidelling Ah but what size? Is there any rules in your country (sorry I don't know where you are) about rabbit accomodation size?

  • @happysaz133 Im not sure im in the USA... Those cages are good/decent size. Mine are 2ft by 2ft but my rabbits dont exceed 3.75lbs..if they can stretch and hop thats plenty room

  • jack is cool

  • You have so many rabbits! I only have two right now. I have a boy and and a girl. There names are Oreo and Almond! I'm planning to breed them

  • you solt all of your rabbits

  • @xXxBunnieCrazyxXx - AMEN! You are correct, rabbits are perfectly fine on wire floors. Only people that don't know about rabbits wouldn't know that they have a thick padding on their hocks. Solid flooring catches the rabbits waste (#1 and #2) and makes it more likely that the rabbit catches a real illness such as snuffles, enteritis or sore hocks from laying in their own shit. Some people don't get it, thankfully bunniecrazy, you get it and I know you love your rabbits as well as I love mine!

  • @enkryptic1 Agreed..I hate when people judge and believe that rabbit "BREEDERS" dont know what they are doing...you know what I mean..back off @happysaz133 and learn something.

  • @fidelling I didn't say anything about breeders! I know lots of good rabbit breeders and encourage them. What I disagree with ones being bred and kept against animal welfare guidlines.

  • @happysaz133 Those rabbits are not neglected...also you are worring about these LIVING rabbits that are happy when people are slaughtering them everyday..Animals will be animals and People will be people.

  • @fidelling exactly!!! :D

  • how much rabbits do u have??? i think i have like 25 or something like that!!!

  • @xXxBunnieCrazyxXx OK, so I know nothing about rabbits. You clearly KNOW EVERYTHING about them, including keeping them in small dirty cages and not giving them enough hay. Well done you :) you must be so proud to have such knowledge.

  • @happysaz133 wow you are the bigest douche on the face of the earth! go do somthing useful and harass the people who raise rabbits for meat. oh but i geuss you probally think thats ok? because they're bred for that right? so just shut up those rabbits were spoiled at least hers dont live in a cramped little hutch like i bet urs do!

  • @xXxBunnieCrazyxXx Raising rabbits for meat is only OK to me if kept properly, ie. at least 5ft hutches or even bigger. Then thats fine. It's small cages I have a problem with. I can assure you, mine are not cramped. They have a 6ft double storey hutch, and free run of a 9ftx7ft shed. More than the rabbits in these videos will ever see.

  • @happysaz133 oh so its ok to slaughter poor inocent bunnies but its not ok to have bunnies in paradise living in huge fog cages?

  • @xXxBunnieCrazyxXx So you eat no meat at all? You can say every animal is innocent. There's a difference between animals being raised as pets and those raised as meat. As long as the animal is treated well and humanely slaughtered, I don't have a problem. Huge dog cages are fine, but the ones I have seen on these videos aren't huge dog cages. And rabbits should have a run permanently attached for exercise.

  • @happysaz133 and does your rabbit cage have a huge run attacted to their HUGE cage?>??? no i dont think so.

  • @xXxBunnieCrazyxXx Yes they do, you want photos?

  • @happysaz133 sure!

  • @xXxBunnieCrazyxXx My rabbits aren't shown, they have a DECENT hutch, with solid floors, and would be heaven to those poor rabbits you had.

  • @xXxBunnieCrazyxXx So...just because you don't show them, its OK to mistreat them? Are you serious? They would have been taken away from you if you had been in this country, keeping them in cages like that is illegal here and rightly so.

  • @happysaz133 -what country is it that you live in? Do you also realize that these are domesticated animals that DO NOT KNOW HOW TO LIVE OUT IN THE WILD? THAT is animal cruelty, I think it is probably time for you to stop putting your petty HUMAN emotions on an animal. These rabbits in this video were pretty well maintained, I have seen better but I have seen a LOT worse. Please learn about the lives of domestic animals before commenting!

  • @enkryptic1 UK. They may be domesticated, but they still have it in them. Perhaps not as much as wild rabbits, but have you ever seen pet rabbits free running in a garden? They love it! Binkying and hopping and running. That is a happy rabbit. One in a cage that size is not. Please learn about instinct before telling me to learn about domestics!

  • Poor rabbits, I am glad you no longer have them! Rabbits should not be on wire, and they have no bedding!

  • u should of put some hay in that cage ,they looked really sad :(

  • @TheAnyalover oh yah there real sad all right may i ask you what size cages u use because those rabbits are fine so shut up

  • You know Snuffles is fatal...If they didn't pass, they didn't have it,

  • please dont breed for just personallity! Breed for both great show and personallity

  • in the first one dont they have bedding?

  • I a german rabbit and other rabbits.

The cages are very bare, nothing to do,play with or eat (beside their food)

  • i honestly think it was an ok set up. they r nice rabbits. very tame and happy.

i am setting up a small breeding op. and understand how hard it is to get it really nice & neat & perfect looking. in the end, you realize that the rabbits dont care about neatness & paint on their hutch, as long as they are fed, handled and exercised.

when you have a large number of animals, some will get sick. just like fish, the more you have, the more likely you are to loose one evry now & then

  • I agree the setup is actually great how many rabbits get a full sized dog cages most people keep rabbits in small little cramped cages, even though she doesnt have rabbits anymore still quit hating on her, because how many of you can say all of your rabbits live in great sized cages like this because none of you can!! half of her rabbits are kept in dog cages they used to have a great life here so shut up and keep your opinons to yourself.

  • I no longer have any rabbits so I can't do that. :( I did have a video on my other computer that I meant to put on here but my computer crashed so I lost it..

  • POOR RABBITS !!!

the cages are really to small

and they can hurt there feets with the wire

and they don't even have hay !!!!

  • she dosent have them anymore drop it

  • @xXxKrAzYyxXx Yet you keep going on? What a hypocrite!

  • Are you ARBA registerd?

  • No, I had meant to register but I sold my rabbits before ever getting the chance to. I stopped breeding back in August and no longer have any rabbits.

  • @shanestamatis1966

What happened? Why did you sell them?

  • Several reasons. First, my dad doesn't like the rabbits at all, and had been pushing me to sell them, because he just doesn't like them, he has to pay for everything(feed, etc.),and partly 'cause it wasn't something we could do as a family. So he said if I would sell them I could get another dog(which is a good substitute!)

Lastly, they kept dying or falling ill for one reason or another. I would go into more detail but I Youtube will only let me write up to 500 characters, and this is 500.

  • @shanestamatis1966 sennd me a email its rosendalejack@hotmail.co.uk

  • beautiful rabbits

  • give her a break! her rabbits look healthy and happy! Their cages are plenty big and the wire floor is cleaner and healthier.

  • Guine pigs can't get bumble foot it's rabbits!!! they can get sore hocks but if it gets bad then it's called bumble foot!!! duhh

  • Those cages are way too small and if they live on wire they can catch a thing called bumble foot and tha can kill them you need wood or a plastic (solid) bottom!

  • Comment removed

  • @MissPinkPrincess100

Way too small? Are you serious - those cages are huge compared to rabbit cages most people use in their rabbitries. And did you not see that there was a solid surface for them to rest on in their cages?

  • not the best names for rabbits also why does the one male have a nesting box? Cages could use some work as well maybe try cleaning them...

  • those cages are horrible..... they look poorly made, no fox proof wiring, and there are far too many in some!

  • I can see that you love you rabbits, but these cages are way to smal.

  • I know it looks like it on the video, but most of them have fairly large cages. One of them (in this video) is in a 3ft x 5ft cage, so she had a lot of room! One of the cages I have now has three rabbits in it and it is about 6ft x 4ft. Mini-Rex can actually be comfortably housed in a cage as small as 2 ft x 2ft.

  • your rabbits are lovely, so cute. Im trying to persuade my mum to get me one but she isnt that keen lol

  • isnt mesh/ wire flooring bad for guinea pigs and rabbits?

  • All of your rabbits are so gorgeous!

  • You are harsh on the rabbits. they have no room to run. a rabbit would nees at least 2 cages or the equilelant space

    :(

  • How do you have the time for all those bunnies? The ones that are sick, are they being treated or have they been looked at by a vet? I had 3 rabbits and one liter of 8 babies, the babies were all sold and the others passed away. I just recently bought one from the fair.

  • aww the rabbits are all beutiful! i was just wondering where you get them all?

  • Lots of different places. Mostly from some breeder friends though. I sometimes take in rabbits that people no longer want and find a home for them.

  • wow! awesome rabbits but i have 1 question would a rabbit dig out of a cage or pen if you put it in one without a bottom? great video!!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • @xXxKrAzYyxXx

They could dig out what you can do to prevnt it is to give them lots of toys and give them a sandbox.

  • @qwertty57 my rabbits have never dug out of their pen, if they have a nice sized area they won dig out. And toys do nothing for rabbits, why would they want to play with toys when they could play with each other and eat.

  • @xXxKrAzYyxXx

Because they like toys because they like to make sound.

And i am saying IF your rabbits try to dig out to give them those things,

I know rabbits like eating and playing With each other better.

  • @qwertty57 the only kind of toys rabbits are interested in are the edible ones, and your rabbits wouldn't try to dig our of their pen if they had a reasonable amount of space. Not trying to offend anyone just stating facts

  • @xXxKrAzYyxXx mhmmm, I beg to differ, rabbits are very social and active animals with out that excercise and playtime to release all of the energy they have, that could seriously effect them health wise. Rabbits need toys to play with, another rabbit just won't do the job.

  • @TwitchingWhiskers Rabbits don't care about toys, I raise rabbits, Purebred Holland Lops. I have tried putting toys in with my rabbits and have found that they are just a waste of money. Doe's love having a playmate, they love to chase each other around. They don't need playtime, and they get plenty of exercise in the size of cages that they are in. I know that they are social which is why I said above, that Doe's love having a playmate. Maybe you have a rabbit that likes to play with toys.

  • @TwitchingWhiskers I have 15, they each have a couple golf balls in their cage, and don't use them. I guess we will just have to agree to disagree. (:

  • Im looking for a baby bunny preferably small....any one you know that sells small rabbits close to mississauga ontario? i would appreciate your advice

  • I'm sorry but I don't know of anyone. :( Wish I could be of more help...

  • you did such a good job with it! i love how devoted to your rabbits you are!

  • Thanks! It's a very hard having to sell them all, I'd keep them if I could but I can't afford it anymore!

  • You have some really nice rabbits and so many! I have eight rabbits and 2 litters at the moment and my parents are making me downsize!

Really nice cages by the way, they are really big.

  • Thanks! I'm going to make an updated video soon, still trying to work my video camera though. Check back in a few weeks!

  • not to be a debbie downer but its not very good practice to keep rabbits on the ground like that all the time and its not that hard to buy actual cages

  • Well... this is an old movie and I have since then gotten better cages. :) I don't have a job or a way to make money so this was the best I could do at the time. But I do still like the dog cages 'cause they're so much bigger than the regular rabbit cages and the rabbits like them so much better. Thanks for your comment!

  • ur welcome,my rabbit just had babys

  • i love ur rabbitry, when will u make an updated one?btw i like ur cages

  • Thanks! I'm going to try and make a new video today, but it will be a while before I can get it uploaded onto YouTube. It usually takes me a few tries to upload it due to my video camera's settings.

  • I absolutely love your rabbitry! you certainly take very good care of them and have very beautiful mini rexs.

  • Thank you very much! I've totally rearranged and moved my rabbitry several times since this video. I'm going to (hopefully) make a new video soon.

  • how much do u want for sun dance ??? and would any of you boy rabbits be good for breading ?? we have a girl bunny for breading but we are looking for a boy to mate with her

  • Thanks

  • You're welcome!

  • how will i get the thing that holds the bottle to cage?

  • It comes with the bottle.

  • i mean the place the animal will drink from

  • is the tip pointed?

  • It sure is.

  • It made me chuckle that one of your bucks has a nest box in his cage.

  • Yeah, funny huh? I put it in there to give them somethin' to hide in and jump on when the does don't need them. :)

  • If you don't have room for large cages you shouldn't be breeding. Why not have less rabbits and give each individual rabbit the space it deserves?? As for this video, those cages are lacking enrichment don't you think. The rabbits must be quite bored in those bare environments.

  • i had a lot of rabbits but something got into the barn and killled them so this time im getting some more and they will be secure in a building where no animals can hurty them, all of ur rabbits are cute

  • 7:04 that redish one how much do u sell it for?

  • Comment removed

  • I wish I could keep my rabbits in cages that big! I breed champagnes and I'm getting some mini lops soon. I have em in 36' x 24' x 18' cages. I don't have room for anything bigger! Where are you located?

  • their cages are soooo small my rabbits cages are 7 by 4 feet !!! x

  • i love ur rabbits i only have one and i wish i could have more. i totally wish i were u

  • Hi everyone! I just put up a new video. The name is: My Flemish Giant and Mini-Rex Rabbitry. Thanks!
