The Bill & Ted guitar squeal is what sold the laugh to me. Wow. Holy shit. I remember a similar joke on Robot Chicken with the bathroom and "don't cross the streams".
But really, how would this situation even occur? Like, what guy is so comfortable with another guy that they whip out their junk and piss in the same toilet. It looks to be a public restroom, but it isn't in a stall. I'm assuming its the only toilet.
I'll say its the family bathroom, he forgot to lock it. Rest is history.
