after my last csection i gained weight...my tubes are tied...but i tried to do puch ups and my stomach was in pain not from the work out but i have the worst pain in the left side of my belly that is makes it so hard for me to work out...i walk and bike but that is all i can do...
Good information! I'm only 31 and I have four kids and you can tell, but with you I can't tell. I'm glad there is hope and that I can avoid having a tummy tuck.
This gives me hope, I used to have an amazing Maxim like body, I had a c section last week and I'm freaking out about my jello pouch above my scar, I'm so sad because I feel like It'll never go away even after I go back to working out. You look great!
I had my 4 th child 1 yr ago and have pretty much given up on my stomach till now! You are an inspiration! I have to have ur book!
