I didnt listen to this LP until two years ago. Its a shame because i like this album and A Tab in the Ocean better than Remember the Future and that is classic. This song is fantastic sad haunting beginning the mellotron is awesome.
Dig this song, Nick. Heard it around 1975 when in high school. What a trippy sound, but I enjoyed the adventure into the bizarre, unknown, and eerie imagery. The music is unique and creative leading the listener on a "journey into the center of the eye." I connected the melodic parts of the song with "Void of Vision" and made an excellent cassette tune. I've seen Nektar perform twice, once in 1976 and again in 2006, but they didn't play this piece. Met Roye who sings lead. Hope he does it live.
