it takes talent to hit too, hitting is a skill which is one of the main reasons why a team would want him. if you watched the 03 world jr.s tootoo was a force for Canada with his hitting and most were considered legal. i dont deny that he takes cheap shots and dirty hits though.

You're right. He's not completely talentless. He's great at things like leaving his feet to hit, leading with his elbows up, hitting knee-on-knee intentionally, and punching with the gloves still on. Scoring, passing, blocking shots, etc.... not so much.
