  • You brought up a very good point - one I am not only seeing this happen among strangers, but among friends, and even family members. People can consciously hurt others, and then somehow expect to be automatically forgiven without offering any sign of remorse, or apologizing, or asking to be forgiven. People who are high-minded and haughty do not have the love of God in them, and deserve what they have coming from Him. It will be a terminally- tough lesson for many.

  • It's better not to do thing that you need to apologise for. It's not that hard to do. Mistakes are one thing; on purpose' is whole nother animal.

  • Thanks Kelly. You are right there!

  • We don't need any more "spiritual" entertainers or talk show hosts or authors of self-help books. We need people that walk and talk like Jesus. People that remember that Jesus said the meek will inherit the earth, not the ruthless. People that believe and obey His command to love our enemies, bless those who curse us, pray for those who use us, turn the other cheek. That you can't serve two masters, that they will know us by our love.

  • That was really helpful. Thankyou.

  • @Jehu30 you're welcome. i hope that means that you're taking the time to apologize to someone right now as i type! Good luck!

  • You're my hero !

  • @quakey987 ha ha! um...thanks?

  • Earth is hell.

  • @starlitopensky1 in many ways it is....but it's not complete seperation from God, we can at least access him here on earth. in hell, we can't/wont' and the real terror will begin

  • @yllekeener I hear ya. I do feel though that at times I have experienced hell here.

  • Carnal Christianity is more prevalent in the U.S. because we have pulled so far away from the Moral (Holy) Standards of God. It is time for America to return to atleast abiding by the Ten Commandments.

  • Way too much pride in America and the visition and scenarios are around the corner.
