hmm, this has happened to a lot of my videos lately. The sound quality was fine for a year, and now it's all bad. I will probably have to re-upload. :(
Wow. This is GREAT community theater! I am designing this set right now, and I love the look of this scene. Something different and not copied from any other production.
AHHHHHHH straight tone, honestly his vibrato is so inconsistent, not to mention the way he hooks notes. Scarlet Pimpernel is one of my favorite musicals too, this is just... disappointing. Not to mention the random bad french accent.
I so love Chauvelin's songs. This is such a wonderful show. I so want to see it. Please come back to Broadway! Wonderful job on playing Chauvelin. This is a spin chilling song.
I wish for this show to come back too or atleast another recording of it! Unfortunately, whenever a show flops not once, but four times...(if you want to count the tour), the likelihood of thiscoming back any time soon is so slim :(. We really need it back or some other Frank Wildhorn show!
Jekyll and hyde has a better chance of coming back than Scarlet Pimpernel. I love both, but I'm just saying, Jekyll and hyde didn't flop as many times.
This is great! My only problem with it is that Chauvelin's voice doesn't seem deep enough parts of the final harmony, but that's really the only problem. Great job still!
Rather good version. I enjoy the French accent, and I find it interesting that he chose to "speak" the song, if you will.
However, the rhythms are an important aspect of this song, as it adds to the granduer of the guillotine. Of course, if that wasn't the goal, then this would be flawless.
Well, I hesitate to upload "Where's the Girl" because the final note sucks on the night it was filmed (maybe I should anyway). But I just uploaded the duel.
I've always loved how this theater has Chauvelin sing so much of this song by himself. On the cast albums at least, he doesn't. And I LOVE the harmony at the end!
eeehhhh maybe u can reuploadf with better sound quality

I love this play. It looks like the theatre I did plays at for awhile. Not any chance the TPP in Ogden UT?

Excellent! If it is an amateur production it is amazing, if not it is still very good.
I would love to watch "where's the girl", you can cut or fade to black the part whose you are not satisfied.(Excuse the language for I am french!)

Thanks. The french accent was a lot easier to speak than to sing, due to placement. But I'm glad it translates.

I've always wanted to play Chauvelin. I wonder if you have the Where's the Girl video (and reprise) on hand, as I would love to see that.
