Nia Peeples performs I Know How (to Make You Love Me) (1988)

I never saw this performance of this "club-banger"until a couple of years ago for various reasons, but, it was interesting to hear Nia sing it LIVE because it was a FIERCE hit song at the time. I even saw her sing it on Club MTV with Downtown Julie Brown, and she turnt it out even without the LEGENDARY Kurtis Blow (who rapped on it) on the show, and at that time. But, I still LOVE IT!!!!! Lisa Fisher even sang background vocals on it (before she was famous).

Hey, there's a video of Nia is called "Meet & Greet" there were two parts it was about Nia's second album. It was on Nia's website, but the website changed a long time ago and is not there anymore. I'm wondering if you have it, since you post performances from Nia in '88...If you hvae it can you post it here? Thank you =)

Much better in the club and on the dancefloor than the live performance. that song was banging!! lol

Well there's nothing like hearing this type of song on the dancefloor...but I have to say, Nia did an impressive job considering she was singing live and doing her moves simultaneously!
