History was made on this day - Australia; the first country to say, quite simply, 'Sorry' for all of our wrong-doings in the past. One word - Yet it means so much to quite literally thousands indiginous families. Broken by the will of a Racist. I cannot comprehend what it must have felt like for everyone Aboriginal watching. It takes love to say 'Sorry' to a friend - It takes courage and genuine sorryness to say 'Sorry' to an entire generation, on behalf of an entire nation.

Governments have made wrong decisions all throughout history. It's a process of improvements and changing of leadership until we get it right. This doesn't mean that because a new PM is excited about being elected that he should apologise about the 40 years prior government's actions.
