As a huge fan of John Femia I do know he is alive and well and he is a friend of mine on Facebook whoever did this did a poor job of facts and a crappy job on this!!! What happened to the guy who played Vinnie?? He isnt on the dvd extra in fact he like disapeared!!! John Femia was not 29 in 1989 like myself he was 23 if he was 29 then he would be 52 yrs old now!!! Get yr facts straight!!!!!!

You got Femia's info mixed up with Butrick's. It was Butrick who attended CalArts and died in 1989 @ age 29.

Slight issue here. You confused John Femia's fate with Merritt Butrick's.  John is still very much alive and doing standup (according to the Square Pegs bonus material interviews). Mr. Butrick passed away from AIDS related illness at age 29.
