Ok,the got the tickets and the further charges spended by friends of lettow-vorbeck, cause they where not wealthy enough to pay it on their own. but they came and they where proud that they could come. another thing is, that lettow-vorbeck became no pension from the state. his former enemys made a collection and payd a pension to him. I call that real chivalrousness. Impossible to think this could have happened in later wars.

Very interesting video. I didn't know that black african soldiers have served in the German colonial army.
