Don't resort to name calling till you've done your own homework first: City of Angels, released in 1998, was, in fact, a remake (and not a very good one) of a 1987 German film by Wim Wenders called Himmel ueber Berlin. It was released in the US as Wings of Desire that same year. This Korean film is actually far more entertaining than either of the two earlier works.

just finished watching this awhile ago. light-hearted and very moving!
funny throughout the first hour and half but gets REALLY heart-wrenching on the last 10 minutes or so. I cried like a baby. it was so touching!
