Stop saying it's all politics! they got very high votes from countries like San-Marino, Malta, Cyprus, Iceland, Poland, Croatia, Romania, Portugal, Bosnia and Herz, and Austria that have nothing to do with Azerbaijan. These countries are not their neighbours and are not ex-soviet union countries.
Well, yeah. There was Georgia with Eldrine and their singer just rocked. They also put so much drive into their performance but guess what? 9th place. There was Moldova with Zdob si Zdub, not my type but at least it looked refreshing. There was Jedward. Yeah, they are even more not my type, their dance was asynchronous and vocals were far from "awesome", but they also rocked. And as for this song it was sooo typical, it's nothing special really, yet people chose it. Why? It's a mystery for me.

If you are not happy with results, it doesn't mean they were awful. They got many votes and were way ahead of the second place, so even without neighboring countries votes, they would still be first. (and they don't have many neighbors, since Iran is not participating and armenia is in a state of war with them)
People around Europe must have really liked them. That's what the majority of Europe thinks, just accept it!

Well, yeah. There was Georgia with Eldrine and their singer just rocked. They also put so much drive into their performance but guess what? 9th place. There was Moldova with Zdob si Zdub, not my type but at least it looked refreshing. There was Jedward. Yeah, they are even more not my type, their dance was asynchronous and vocals were far from "awesome", but they also rocked. And as for this song it was sooo typical, it's nothing special really, yet people chose it. Why? It's a mystery for me.
