  • The best book of the year "Free to Be Me" by Arthur Vonshtain

  • i need a book for betime!! wow

  • I suggest Author: Robert Munch's books..there really funny, colorful and fun :D

  • good idea with parallel reading! nice rough model! and i loooove those pictures with dinosaurs, dogs and hot-lesbian-affairs-free frida :)

  • I just finished the 7 book harry potter series with my older kids. My 6 year old's favorite is "Goodnight Opus" by Berkley Breathed It is one of my favorites to read. All my babies loved "Goodnight Mood" and they tie in nicely.

  • My Oldest daughter brings home 1 french book & 1 english book that she has 2 read 4 the next day @ school & mark in a little note book. Once she reaches 25 books she gets a positive referal & a prize from the school office.

So we read those books right after school everyday, & then she reads a library book to her little sister every night.

Although I would have to say our favorite book is "Love you Forever" by Robert Munch, the girls really love repeating the words.

  • Redwall or Ender's game or any of the Discworld series would be a good books for a slightly more mature crowd, they are novels and in age i'd suggest this order, though i don't know how old somebody "should" be before reading these books, i'd say that it depended on skill and maturity

  • while i didn't like some of your other videos i thought this one was pretty thoughtful. good book choices

  • entertaining =]

  • the boloney guy, I bet his kids love when he reads to them! All those funny voices!

  • "The Hobbit" was released in graphic novel form, unabridged. I plan, when I have kids, to read to them from the book while they look at the pictures from the comic book.. the Dark elf Trilogy was also released as a comic book.. I plan on using it as well as other books I loved when I was younger as a tool to teach my kids

  • when we don't make up stories ourselves, my 6.5yr old LOVES to read the stories himself... and we let him pick what he wants.

His current favorite is to read the book he got at the school library the night he got it.

  • So funny

  • The Day the babies crawled away by Peggy Rathmann. My children and I love this book!
