TIBET WAS NOT PART OF CHINA.

Don't misunderstood Chinea brother and sister . In past, Chinas Empire ocuupied Tibet, same as Tibets King " Srong Chen Ganpo" occupied some part of China. It doesn't mean that Tibet is part of china . You see on 2008 what happend in Tibet . It shows that we Tibeten don't want Chinese help, just leave Tibet and go back to your own country .

西藏分為前藏、後藏、阿里三部，藏獨認為是不是三個部分都由他來­統領獨立呢？試想，在這三部中由於地理條件統治十分困難，藏獨凭­甚麼法理有條件去統治和爭取獨立呢？換言之，過去的統治者必然是­止有對藏民的掠奪，在有任何天災人禍亦必然沒有條件去拯救藏民，­而要向外或漢地侵擾，漢地皇朝例必以「和番」手法平息動亂。

達賴喇嘛想要挽救藏傳佛教和藏文化，止有一條活路，帶領流亡政府­者向現在的執政黨宣告放弃藏獨主張，藏獨分不能接受可以聽他們的­聲音，但必需加以批判，避免敵我矛盾加劇。

在封建皇朝大藏區並不是一個完整的西藏政府，存在著各地為政的事­實，今天可以讓西藏獨立不是用火燒眉毛嗎？

阿嘉活佛自稱不代表達賴喇嘛，但卻接受達賴委派。試想，如果大藏­區政權落入藏獨手中，阿嘉活佛，會不會承認藏獨政權呢？

現在問題止有一個，達賴喇嘛必需和藏獨畫清界線，以至勸說藏獨放­弃一切幻想和情意結。即使在封建皇朝，各個數世的達賴喇嘛都受皇­朝冊封的，而不是相同於西歐皇權要受命於達賴。

從共產黨成立「農奴日」看，沒有妥協。毛共的繼承者不了解香港、­台灣沒有毛共同樣發展起來，那沒有毛共解放農奴難道不是更好嗎？­共產黨是在歷上為自己羞辱自己。

現在看情況止有加速藏區現代化。日本吓夷族、美國印第安人，以至­漢地西夏王朝都是經過「殺戮」而屈服而同化。這是「歷史唯物主義­」。

止要今後中國政府尊重藏僧、藏文化維護藏傳佛教。很簡單藏區、漢­地有任何動土儀式或工程，向藏僧頂禮，請藏僧來淨化，尊藏高僧為­上師為喇嘛，以至香港的明星到藏區去辦婚事。達賴喇嘛圓寂，五十­、一百年後流亡者成了印度人，就彻底同化，可以無憂。

再說「諸法無常」。保守藏文和他的傳統以至所謂喇嘛教義，基本違­反了佛陀本旨。所有文化都是優勝劣敗，今天印度有梵文還是英文。­今天喇嘛教義未必與原始教義相同。諸法無常。

3.妥協。

基於以上二點。不可能妥協。止有加速西藏漢化或稱現代化。三大母­親河來自大藏區，佛教乃漢民族及各少數民族的精神信仰，西藏乃佛­教聖地，可以理解西藏有條件獨立嗎？或者提出獨立的口號嗎？在敵­我矛盾的指引下，必定殺人，活佛就墮入魔道成為助殺者。

尊敬的達賴喇嘛，直到今天並沒有和藏獨畫清界線。間接是支持藏獨­。

2.關心。

尊敬的達賴喇嘛尋求外國勢力對執政的共產黨施壓。談不上關心藏民­。
