How are you able to slide into the splits so easily? When I do it, I slide slowly and sometimes I don't have it right away. Do you keep practicing them in order to just pop right into them?
@higazekko I think it's depends on flexibility. Maybe move to right and left on floor after splits, it's good exercise to develop your splits. Keep your way, slowly and collect the position. When you improve your flexibility then it will come. Don't worry just keep it up your good training:)
