I had never heard of Gade until our orchestra's conductor produced the parts the other day. This is so much my kind of music. Mid Victorian, large sound (and, from my pov good horn parts, esp. when all four horns belt it out in bar 53). Beautifully played and excellent choice of image. A+ CM.
