No law controls the outward flow of Pakistans national wealth to the foreign banks. Bhutto had an economic council which gave him an idea of the industrial production in his time its worth and the cash in Pakistani banks. If Pakistans national wealth is stopped from going out I assure that Pakistan will be on the road to prosperity very soon. But Pakistans solemnity is being auctioned and each ruler whether democratic or dictator gets his part by destroying Pakistan in all fields of life,

68 million people in Pakistan are living below the poverty level & are unable to feed their family twice a day. Electrical load shedding of above 12 hrs a day also plays a major role in creating joblessness and poverty. World bank & IMF are begged for loans to remove poverty but due to no audit/monitoring by these major banks the amount sanctioned is finally eaten up by corrupt ruling class and the govt departments. Finally these loans play a basic role in promoting poverty & hypocrite rulers.
