Well you could just download the schematic, but... are you talking about general building tutorials? I've done a few of those if you check out my channel. One of them goes over using stationary water to make statues. =] The results are pretty cool.

That's not pixel art I'm afraid. Pixel art is flat (1 block thick in MineCraft) like the pixels on a GameBoy.
