  • streching beafoure the lifting isnt good for your body so dont strech warm they up with doing light and easy workouts

  • you shouldn't drink that "recovery drink" during the workout..only water, your body should be only using its energy to sustain the resistance training, not digestion. What a low rent marketing ploy...lol!

  • The body needs appropriate nutrients to recover from an intense workout. Great video. Very informative.
