weirdly enough, it does.. i used to experiment with my cymbal height and had them low and tilted, high and tilted, low and flat, and finaly high and flat. They are at about eye level or just below when im on my drum stool. Some people complain about it but honestly i feel more comfortable with them at the height and i can access them easier :)
