How Do You Keep Files and Folders in Sync?

how do you stop a folder from being mirrored because my download folder has mirrored itself between drive c and e

I used Karen's Replicator, and Now I use ICEMIRROR.

Both can be scheduled to run in increments of minutes, like every 10 minutes or so.

I preferred ICEMIRROR over Karen's replicator because of it's pure speed: it takes 5 seconds to scan my entire documents folder for any changes.

The problem with that program, is scheduling. I have to use the built in scheduler to launch .bat files in order to create schedules.

I use Windows Live Mesh, works well enough for XP and Vista.

i backup alot. i used cmd and copy command... it backups everyday... and windows file shereing and xcopy does the trick :D
