Actually if you re-plot the sounding at 26/15 you get LI's of -6 and CAPE at 1200j/kg

I hope so, this Wednesday looks like it might be a bit of a let down though.. a bit dry, plus I have the day off, always a good sign nothing will happen. I'm working next Monday and there looks to be some potential, so since I'll be stuck indoors, its going to be a cracker. When we we get our 1st proper storm of the year!!?

If i was up there tomorrow i'd target somewhere around Bribie Island or something.. it looks potentially nasty for SE QLD if things go right! The dryline is too close to the coast tho'.. so anything that goes off will be very close to the coast.

That's what I was thinking with the latest GFS run, LI's and CAPE are looking ok, nothing amazing but I'll take anything atm!
I live just out of Caloundra so nice and close too!
