good vid. Parrish was terrible in pass coverage as well. and he did get worse in play overall as time passed. i believe he ended his career with the dallas cowcraps. Mark roman was not very good either. Too bad Taylor Mays went back to USC, i think we would have drafted him

Huh? Videos dedicated to proving he's not a hard hitter, showing every tackle he's given credit for, with none of them being hard hits (and most of them coming after the offensive player already got the first down), makes him look "better than he was?"

Not to mention, there are several plays in these videos where he was credited with the tackle but he clearly didn't even make it.

alright einstein. he's a safety, not derek smith. your video about smith makes more sense since he's actually MISSING tackles and that he's a middle linebacker. You're trying to diss parrish but you're showing him making nice tackles in the open field, nice angle tackles, and good tackles on special teams. U say the player already got the first down when he makes the tackle, he's a freakin safety, not a linebacker. but thanks for posting this vid i miss parrish makin plays on the field for us

Yeah, he might get so angry that he runs at me leading with his chest, and then after he barely manages to get me down, he slides his whole body over me before pushing himself up off the ground (if the guy's not gay, I'd be shocked), as he did in about 15 of the plays in these two videos.

I'll make you a deal: Track down Tony Parrish and bring him to me. If you can do this simple task, I will tell him to his face that he was an abysmal tackler and not a hard hitter in the slightest.

What hits? There was ONE hit along the sidelines on an incomplete pass (which is why it's not in the video) that drew a 15 yard penalty.
