or you can go to Video FX -> Color Correction -> Desaturate all but Reds and this does most of the work for you...

Great tip tho. one problem. When I do that ALL things with that colour turn red., SO lips flush cheeks EVERTHING. I'm WAY to lazy to mask the whole thing whats a way around this?

I said sorry, because I couldnt answer your question, and sony vegas can only do certain things, but not that, try another program, like Adobe After Effects :)
