You pretty much described overweight people in context of weight and size. This video can see improvement if you at least slideshow your topic for emphasis, and your pointers seem pretty much the equivalence of common sense. Besides I can't seem to think anyone would kidnap a fat person unless there was something on the him/her or people associated to the person which would be of great personal gain/profit to the kidnappers.
