You forgot that 73 multiplied with it's reverse 37 gives a triangle number (2701). It is the only 2-digit pair. (As 73 is a number of the form n * 2 -1)

I say nine is the best number. It's a square, whose square root is three. 3*9 = 27, and 2 + 7 = 9. 9*27 = 243, and 2 + 4 + 3 = 9, as well. 9*243 = 2,187, and 2 + 7 and 1 + 8 both add up to (hang onto your hats) nine, ad infinitum. Nine is also palindromic in binary (1001). So there, Sheldon.

73 is the 21st prime number it's mirror 37 is the 12th prime number and it's mirror 21 is the product of multiplying (hang on to your hats) 7 and 3. In binary 73 is a palindrome 1001001 which backwards 1001001 exactly the same.

I've always had that as my favorite number but I'm not sure why. I feel stupid for writing it since someone else claims that random number is their's too.
