  • Dang! Brilliant! I use this tune as a "warm up" to get my fingers moving. You make it sound much better than I. Thank you!

  • Hey Bill, Great job. It don't get any better than some good ole thumb pickin'. I understand you are originally from Rector. Is that correct?

  • Hi Bill: Just visiting and checking out some of your older ones, I haven't gotten to. This is wonderful Bill, I love it. Everything you do sounds great. Thanks so much for sharing. Take care. Gwen

  • I noticed you always capo up two frets on a lot of your tunes. But the tunes don't sound high! I was wondering if you tune the guitar down a full step?

  • @daffydoug I do use a capo a lot but the guitar is in standard tuning. I just think itmakes the tune a little brighter. I did tune down a full atep on A Little Bit Of Blues and used a capo. That ias what chet on that tune,,,,Bill

  • I am like you,Chets music has brought me much pleasure to listen to him over the years...Bill

  • Hey Bill, great job, once again. First time I heard this "live" was in/about '66 by Donald Walters who desperately attempted to teach me how to play guitar. Donald had the unique ability to listen to one of Chet's albums once and would play along with it next time he played it. He, at that time, had no formal music training. Donald left us recently... everytime I hear the song or any Chet-like rendition, I have fond memories like this. Thanx again!!

  • Nice arrangement of that lizzy cotten tune.. Nice playing and tone as well from your 6122. It looks like a 6122-1959, which has to be the best fingerstyle guitar ever made!!!
