  • I use just mshroom soup , sharp shredded cheese, milk and garlic salt.

  • I tried this recipe for Thanksgiving.

I had SO many compliments on how well this tasted. It was especially good after being refrigerated and reheated. The garlic had time to get in there and do it's thing.

Thanks for posting this. It made my family's Thanksgiving especially good.

  • A few variations of this recipe have been around for 50 years. Still, a great way to make em.

  • How could someone call this cooking? They are using processed cheese product?

  • @lisanz11 Bousin is an all natural cream cheese. It is not processed!

  • @lisanz11 Boursin is an all natural cream cheese. It is not processed!

  • New potatoes. Dice about 7 cloves garlic and put in water with potatoes. Butter. Half and half. Herbs and cheese at the end. Alternatively, roast a bulb and squeeze in garlic at the end. If you use red potatoes put some russetts too; you need the starch for good mashed.

  • yummy

  • All potatoes with the skins?? :O

  • yes,i think they are great that way and you don't hove to take very much time then to peel them off.

  • Italian cooking different, we do not digest skins :)
