I had SO many compliments on how well this tasted. It was especially good after being refrigerated and reheated. The garlic had time to get in there and do it's thing.

New potatoes. Dice about 7 cloves garlic and put in water with potatoes. Butter. Half and half. Herbs and cheese at the end. Alternatively, roast a bulb and squeeze in garlic at the end. If you use red potatoes put some russetts too; you need the starch for good mashed.

It´s a good idea to saeson the water for the potatoe with salt.And you can add fresh/roasted garlic and grated cheddar to the potaoes.
