  • My brother wants to tranfer his mobile home to my name, and im gonna move there as soon as my brother leaves, but question... Can i move into this mobile home without telling the property managers of the park? Cause i know they can raise the space rent to new owners. But if i get cause, they might kick me out? Or what? Help please..

  • @iKnifeU123 The mobile is personal property when it is in a park, so like a bill of sale for a car, a bill of sale transferring the title to it is pretty simple, straight forward. Do a UCC lien search though to make sure no Robin Hood Mortgage has a lien on it that is racking up the high nose bleed interest rate surcharges. To know about your rights with the park, have to see what the lease says. 99% of the time not without written approval of park owners because they want to get a heads up.

  • Hutto102 ... Thanks for dropping in. Following us.

krl8814 ... The car key with a toddler, ankle grabbed not watched why parents on the phone or chugging a Colt 45 and making their eyes water, well, accidents happen. Apartment life can be a drama or a fun experience with the right tenants in place. NIN or Ted Nugent's Stranglehold are super music, but only if you're at the party, don't have to work tomorrow.

  • thanks andy, more good info.

  • Good Video WoW!! I thought keying the car was only in places like california .

If someone was cranking Metallica at 3 in the morning i would go over an shake there hand an say welcome to the neighborhood.
