@jellybean3264 if u havent blown up magaton yet go find lucy west. shes usually in moriatrys saloon. talk to her and she'll tell you to go to a town called arefu. there talk to even king i think and he tells you abouit the family. after talking some more to other towns folk you'll have the quest. hope that was helpful :)

They didn't get hostile when I took it for some reason... I was doing the quest though, and I lockpicked the key off him while she was talking to someone LOOKING RIGHT AT ME. And still, they're not hostile.

Good crit chance (x3) and fast swing speed. I consider it one of the best melee weapons even though it only has a maximum damage of 15.

The special Ripper, Jack, for instance, does 30 dmg a second. Meaning you will be able to pwn fawkes, and get his super sledge. i didn't know what to do so i killed vance in order to free the boy (for the family ties quest) however everyone else was sleeping and i managed to get out of there without them finding out the vance's corpse. The sword wasn't in the cabinet!

100% of everything is done in this game for me, I didn't use the fallout wiki, in fact i only used it once to confirm i had all items (possible, depending on choices of course) in DC, and all DLCs, all stats to 10 and skills to 100, all but 1 merchant is dead (possible of killing, left 1 alive for supplies), a sad sad fate i have come to :'(
