i dont think that suzanne sommers departure from the show really hurt the quality of it at all. if anything, the show got a lot better because of don knotts coming on board. i think suzanne sommers thought she was the star but the star of that show by far was john ritter. though joyce dewitt and the others were great also.

Suzanne Somers was a terrible, not funny actress, she wasn't worth the money she was requesting! Joyce Dewitt, great actress, professional, funny, what an actress is all about! John Ritter was very funny! Cindy, whatever her real name is, she was absolutely horrible on the show! What a waste of time and money! Pricilla Barnes she was the funniest 2nd female roomate, ever!! She should have been the first girl along with Joyce, because she would have been the only one!

There were plenty of chances 4 the whole cast to reunite but Jack Tripper didn't want 2.I heard most of the cast really didn't have really good memories behind the scenes.Helen&Stanley being pushed out&replaced by Mr Furley,Crissy's firing,Terry saying she was unhappy with her 3yr contract,Cindy not panning out w Jack&Janet.The cast told in 84' there would be another season only to find out there would be Three's a Crowd without them.

Thank You!John may have never said it directly himself but judging from his other cast members had to say about their time on the show from The Roper Era to Nurse Terry Era ,you know as well as I know.You heard E-True Hollywood as clear as I did the real story.Sure Biography sugarcoats things by telling it from a producers/writers standpoint but the actors standpoint is what I wanna hear.I'd like to hear the superstars point of view because the superstars made the show what it was.

What I read somewhere was that Barnes didn't like the Backstage atmosphere and Ritter and DeWitt didn't like Somers because Somers started seeing Chrissy Snow was a hit character so she tried to capitalize off of it by demanding a raise to 6-digit paychecks per episode and partner in the show's total production. As for Cindy, she was cool (Though EXTREMELY HOT), but having her on the show didn't help the ratings for some reason. I'm curious to see what the Ropers And Three's A Crowd was like tho
