@Kraayto You can actually see an increase in the smoothness of the motion when the fps increases. For instance motion can seem quite choppy at 30fps whereas at 60fps+ it will seem a lot smoother to the eye. Smoothness of motion can be important for a game to seem more real. I've noticed this after many years of gaming and looking up comparisons on the web.

@Kraayto Xbox 360 fans need something to respond to our exclusives, blu ray and free online play lol though you kinda got that mixed up, you cant only see 21fps but at around that number (between 13 and 17 FPS) is when a collection of still images or frames can fool the human eye into looking like a moving image
