This is my fave recipe. I stopped including the oatmeal and they turn out just as well, and are lower in carbs.
I also tried replacing the blueberries with sliced and stewed apple and sprinkling cinnamon on top. Real nice!

i tired it this morning.
it does have a thicker build/taste than normal pancakes but it was good. I also substituted for a chocolate protein mix.
Plus, 3 pancakes were enough.
