  • can you put an egg yolk or two in the mix?

  • It looks a bit undercooked

  • Hey! Caracking and separating eggs is an art form! lol

  • Dude you're really ripped and healthy... but why do you shop at walmart?

You could easily make your recipies even more healthy and hearty just by switching store brands...

Such as Red Mills oats or somthing opposed to Walmart brands...

Not hating on you, im just currious why you buy the foods you buy?

  • @Howie262 Are Walmart brand foods bad? Just wondering... Price of grocery shopping can be hefty if you're trying to eat healthy.

  • @faYte0607 They're not necessarily bad, but i mean look at the package of Processed quick oats from Walmart, and look at a package of Red mills or something...

Usually it'l have like 2-3 grams more protein in some things, just somthing i've noticed...

I'll buy batteries from walmart, but i wont buy food, walmart pretty much only has shit like Gatorade and gold fish...

you'll never see things like Steel cut oats or Quinwa at walmart... and if you do, its prolly processed as hell..

  • this guy sounds like a meat head

  • Must taste like shit...hahaha

  • @nanaprt61 haha same

  • does anyone know a substitue to protein powder

because i tried it without and mine came out really chewy =(

also can i blend blueberries into the batter for extra sweetness

  • Could you make this and refridgerate it so you just have to do the actual cooking really quick the in the morning??

  • Awesome! I know what I'm making for breakfast this morning no joke

  • do you need to have the oats? can you just not use oats?

  • Im going to do this w bananas^^

  • You should try using soy flour to make pancakes

  • Please give the video a like if you don't mind! I can't tell you all how much I appreciate it.

  • is skim milk powder the same as normal protein powder?

  • Looks good bro. I switch it up every now and then with Bananas. If I wanted to try Banana Nut, would I be better off trying it with almonds?

  • Does the heating of the protein powder break down any of the protein? Just a curiosity point.. :)

  • @romeroldn no it doesn't, in fact for things like eggs, cooking them actually makes the protein more bioavailable. If the protein was broken down we would all have to eat protein rich foods like chicken, fish etc raw

  • @leanbodylifestyle

You use 30 ml or 70 ml scoop?

  • Slammin pancakes! Dude thanks!

  • Hey men I'd be over weight if it wasn't for u man !!! :-) keep up the good work !

  • every time i tried it (like 5 times) its always ended up in a disaster

  • @Nourberry Try this: 1/2 Cup oats 1-2 Whole Eggs 4-5 Egg Whites (total 6) 1 scoop Casein OR 1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese. 1/2 cup Water Mix in non-stick skillet with cooking spray (Crisco, etc). Cook and simmer at Medium Heat for about 5 minutes or until liquid not runny. Then flip over. Cook another 3-4 minutes. When ready....plate up, sprinkle on vanilla extract and cinnamon. Bon Appetite!

    My Pancake:

    420 Kcal

    9g Fat

    33g Carbs

    50g Protein

  • @EricB042389 ok ill try it. thanks a lot by the way!!! :)

  • hey milk. I have been eating your pancake for awhile and its good. but the prob is it causes me to have gas. have u ever experienced the same prob? Im suspecting its the oatmeal. because when i boiled the oat before blending it, my digesting seems to be better.

  • Comment removed

  • Mmmmmmm yummers how bout some low cal tacos?

  • how many egg whites are one cup?

  • @BoneBeast Depending on the size of the eggs... about 6-8

  • @BoneBeast 120 and 26 g protein

  • @BoneBeast 3 egg white is 1/4 cup so 12 egg whites.

  • @BoneBeast Also.... 1 egg white =

    17 Kcal

    0g Fat

    0g Carbs

    3.6g Protein

  • I made these according to your recipe, but the batter was way too thin. I can't figure out where I went wrong. Did you blend the batter for a long period of time? Also, what do you think would best thicken the batter, more protein powder or more oats?

  • @Apr4488 Oats. More Oats.

  • Any recommendations on what to top it off with? Wouldn't want to ruin the nutrition value with some regular syrup...

  • @heydude7

Sugar free syrup, the stuff has artificial sweeteners though. I make healthy pancakes similiar to these blueberry ones and I spread 1 spoon of peanut butter on top after they cook.

  • @heydude7 To put on top: Cinnamon for stabilizing Blood Sugar.....Cayenne Pepper for metabolic boost or fat-burning effect OR vanilla extract for awesome taste!

  • yummy will be trying this at home for sure.. love your cookiong videos...

  • Ur videos r the best

  • why can't we use egg yokes? high in fat? if so, is it high in protein too?

  • @scottfser egg yolk contains all of the fats and cholesterol, the egg whites contain all of the proteins and all that good stuff

  • @itsmeadin ohhh thanks mate

  • @scottfser np brah :)

  • @scottfser 1 Normal Size Egg: 70 Kcal 4.5g Fat 1.5g Saturated Fat 210 mg Cholesterol 1g Carb 0g Sugar 6g Protein.

    1 Egg White: 17 kcal 0g fat 0g carbs 3.6g Protein

  • @EricB042389 lol thank you

  • This is my fave recipe. I stopped including the oatmeal and they turn out just as well, and are lower in carbs.

I also tried replacing the blueberries with sliced and stewed apple and sprinkling cinnamon on top. Real nice!

Thanks for these vids. I'm eating so well lately and all guilt free! :)

  • Louisville fan?

  • How many watts does your food processor have?

  • Just tried them, They taste amazing! :)

  • I made this the past 2 days. I didn't add any protein powder whatsoever, less egg whites and added unsweetened organic applesauce. I tried it both low heat and medium heat - I prefer medium heat, the burntness made the rolled oats taste AH-MAZING! Thanks for the recipe, going to try it out with different things now ;)

  • @Sky0fLov3 hey can u give me your recipe? but i will add protein to it want to know the exact numbers

  • @Favre1013 Sure, this is 1serv for myself only: 48g (1/2cup) rolled oats, 2oz unsweetened applesauce, 92g (3/8cup) egg whites, 1g stevia (packet size), dash of cinnamon powder, 1/4cup blueberries & 1tbsp organic grade a maple syrup (optional). You can double the amount to your serv size pref, but this fits my calorie daily allowance.

  • @Sky0fLov3 cool thanks i will try it how many pancakes do you get out of it?

  • @Favre1013 I pour the whole batter and make a huge size.

  • @Sky0fLov3 - Wait....you mean EPIC MEAL TIME size? Haha.

  • @leanbodylifestyle Lol yeah super size!

  • how long did it take u to get the body u have now?

  • nice recipe, i also tried to grate apple in it instead of blueberry...very good as well

  • Any suggestions for toppings?

  • i luv ur shit! keep the recipes coming

  • put shum honey on dat bitch

  • what do they taste like in comparison to regular pancakes?

  • @leanbodylifestyle - NP dude, keep up the videos. I'm Italian, so if you can make Italian food healthy i'll be a fan for like haha.

  • Just tried it and didn't get that thick of a batter. I used whole eggs instead of egg whites so maybe it was that. Either way, I think more oats would suit me better.

  • @UhhNegative You can try more oats or half a serving of almond butter to thicken it up. Using whole egg is fine.

  • i tired it this morning.

it does have a thicker build/taste than normal pancakes but it was good. I also substituted for a chocolate protein mix.

    Plus, 3 pancakes were enough.

  • @leanbodylifestyle The measuring cup you have just looks like a 2 cup measuring cup to me. Could just be the video perspective though. BTW, I'm going back to all your videos now that I'm actually cooking for myself. You've got some good stuff on here, keep it coming.

  • You sure that's only 1/2 cup of oats? Looks like 1 cup to me. Either way I guess it doesn't matter.

  • Can I use strawberry protein powder instead since I already use it for my protein shakes..

  • @HitmanEF No, thats impossible

  • Thx mike !

  • Thanks! Looks good and healthy, Imma go make this right now for my breakfast! :)

  • Why did you give up on your cool outro?

  • :58 we can use whatever we want in our videos? I don't think a lot of us will be recording ourselves making this meal (;

  • why would you cook it so low lol

  • @baphomet58 you also don't want the protein to denature because of the high heat breh

  • that wasnt even the nice golden brown of a pancake needed a couple more minutes

  • Looks yummy and no syrup needed.

  • Hey man, I lost my motivation a while ago. Now I am eating kind of unhealthy and I barely work out anymore. How should I get my motivation back?

  • @TheVinnst

motivation comes from within, you have to find something that makes you feel the urge to get back on track

  • @TheVinnst get in the gym and when you start to see bad ass results you will get MOTIVATED...at least i do i love to train ^^

  • @TheVinnst

Continue like that and you'll die fat and alone. That's what keeps me motivated :)

  • i'm definatley trying this tomorrow haha

  • Do you make waffles and which waffle maker do you recommend?
