Thank you so much, I used this technique as inspiration for a vintage-themed New Year's party... I was going for a sort of 1930s curly bob, but have very THICK and very straight long hair... I saw this, found myself a cool hair band, stylised the bits tucked into the band a little more to make it look like a bob, and had to pin a fair bit in place, but it worked!! All night, people were asking me how I did it, and it lasted till midnight! Thank yooou!!

To all of the ladies looking for the headband. I didn't find the one she uses but !! goody has an adjustable hairband. It's sold at amazon.com, walmart. Just do a search. I had a hard time finding one that would fit my head and then i typed in adjustable hairbands and waaaaaaa laaaaaaaaaa.
