Very good video. Removing complexity should be one of the priorities of managers at all levels. If you want to scale, you have to remove complexity. If you do not remove complexity, you cannot scale. And if you do manage to scale, your profit wil be reduced.

Complexity is not the same as complicated, then there is an error in the assessment of Mr. Ahskenas. Moreover, complexity can not be removed from the organization.

The complexity must be managed, given that the complexity arises from the relationships between actors in the company. The problem is that the actors decide to make things more complicated.
