No black bar or current conditions. The New Icons problary were just coming out and werent updated quite yet. Not every IS had them yet.

Usually, when the black bar is broken, you get the satellite lf. I guess it is different this time.

If it comes on during the Commercials it does.
It sorta looks scary without the familar black bar and the blank screens.

Looks like there truly was an error in your cable or satellite provider's IntelliSTAR system.
