It's probably the best song by Nightwish, in my opinion the best songs are in "Once", "Century child" and "Oceanborn". And still don't know which song is the best from all. "Angels..." is also good, but at the end it makes me sleep, "Wishmaster" is good too, but the weakest from all in my opinion.

I miss the good olden times when Holopainen made music like this. I am not saying the new stuff is bad but in my opinion Nightwish made its best songs on albums Angels fall first, Oceanborn, Wishmaster and Century Child. The previous albums are way too mainstream and commercial for my taste.

Oh It is? I never really sensed "evil" from it. I mean in the beginning lyrics, yes to me that does sound evil. My thoughts on this song: When I first heard it, I thought it sounded "scary". Then I began to love it. I loved it even more when I didn't see anything that said Satan in the song. I'm not into Black/Satanic Metal. Probably never will be. I don`t think this song is evil in any aspect... after all, it starts with a quote from the Bible and it doesn`t twist it`s meaning. This song combines the ancient egiptian and nordic religions, adding a few original myths as well (the unicorn that dreams the funeral). IMO this is a description of a "rite of passage", when the departed soul stands at the crossroad between Heaven and Hell -- the "bride of the Netherworld" that he is about to marry is a personification of death.

Seth was jealous and to put the story in a nutshell, Seth killed his brother. Horus wanted vengeance for his father's death but Seth ripped out his eye (hence the eye of Horus in Egyptian mythology)
