Awesome video. Though I must correct you on one thing. The last Body, when Megatron builds his own version of Optimal Optimus, that "form" of Megatron is called "Optimal Megatron." :D
That is in Season 2, Episode 3 "Coming of the Fuzors Pt 2" @ 10:55. It was Mainframe making fun of Hasbro's proposal of wanting the new Megatron to be an ant, basically Mainframe did what they asked, for a couple of seconds, then punched them in the face and fit it into the show.
i think megatron in beast machines goes to far with bodys every time i thought he was a control suit megatron and a beast machines dragon for the entire series but he takes all the bodys with his spark
Megatron is using what ever resource he has at his disposal. The drone that was hacked by Tankor / Rhinox was not a body he intentional took control of, Rattrap put him into that body with the spark extractor. But yes Megatron will take things as far as he can to insure his agenda is successful.
@alterbr33d my favorite bodys that megatron had were the dark syde megatron trex megatron/transmetal dragon megatron control suit megatron i like his dragon mode when its injured savage noble body is cool i like the zombie one made out of inferno quickstrike depth charge rampage tigerhawk tarrentules scorponok and terresour mabey because they died in the lava i like jetstorm megatron shooting ball megatron tankor megatron and optimal megatron
You know what I don't understand? In Beast Wars, Megatron spent a good amount of time in his T-Rex form, but then in Beast Machine he despises organic forms. Not sure what that's about.
Personally for the beast mode I like the Dragon Megatron, but for robot mode, I like Transmetal Megaton.
After the episode "Other Visits" and "Code of Hero" It is apparent Megatron likes to utilize Transmetal and Vok technology, and puts preference towards that over the previous forms which had organics.

It is still not a perfect explanation. Maybe Megatron says why he despises organics in Beast Machines?
@Sylar03 It's pretty simple out-of-universe: the writers of Beast Machines had been specifically demanded to NOT familarize themselves with the last few shows, so they screwed up a bunch of things. In-universe, I guess you could say that he was basically associating his beast mode with Earth, and his miserable defeat. Or he's just nuts.

5secs x 17 would have been around a minute and a half, as opposed to a lengthy 8 minutes that I have here so people could see all of his bodies quicker.
and I hate to admit it, but my videos are squeezed inwardly even less wide than 4:3 by accident. It went from 4:3, to even less than 4:3. Now thats bad. Shame on me.
Just as a side note @ 1:50 it shows Megatron's head on Inferno's body. Hasbro originally wanted the ant transformer to be Megatron's new body in season 1, but that didn't go through, but I think this hints at the original idea.
And Rattrap said the Boss Monkey changed his bodies enough.

Here's a question... if they had vehicle modes BEFORE leaving cybertron, why appear in basic robot chassis in the beginning of Beast Wars?
