seems real to me. i think this scene is from a movie where they actually did this stunt. the car was reinforced to take the weight of the plane, but you can't see it in this clip. and i don't wanna get picky, but that guy can't act. he tries to hard, so it's obvious that the parts where he is "driving" was done in a green studio. the stuntman was much better, as he kept his face off the camera.

The front wheel of the plane broke so easily, the Jeep could handle the weight of the plane and it didn't had the roof smashed, at the rear didn't got damaged except for the tires, the engine could afford so high speed and didn't break and the camera supposed to be at random places.
