@jackojeff the video says moped and anyway i have a 125cc and its alot fasters then the bike in the video (check my channel its a vespa with 5 transfer ports). plus you can get 20bhp from a scooter with a 70cc kit and they will do around 100mph if you tune them right.

i talking about offical speed. and here in Slovenia you can drive a moped witch is not faster than 15 mph without a helmet, drivers licence and registration. if it goes more than 15 MPH than you need all that. dunno about the laws in US. anyways i dunno a single person that has a moped that goes only 30 MPH. mine goes about 65 - 70 MPH.

i had a tomos too. :) but the engine was taken from a crashed ktm sx 85. :D That thing was a real beast but it was kinda dangerous cuz i didn't modfy the frame and brakes and stuff. i don't have the knowloadge and skill to weld and stuff so i sold it to my friend and he made the frame stronger and putted disc brakes on it. all i had was another engine, costume exhaust and wider tires.
