Man, Legursky is a beast. I really admire him. I bench the same he does, but I have no where near the lower body as him, I'm jealous.

the mirror drill with contact is at 4:00, the only bad thing about legursky is his kick set, its not good and he has no stride

we do the drill at 4:00 i hate it so much but it makes u such a good pass blocker and keeps u from lunging at ppl, we do it with db's though

Centers arent supposed to be tall there supposed to be 6 foot 1 to 6 foo0t the quarter back needs to see over his head in the pocket

Actually you're wrong. How many centers at the D1 college level or in the NFL are shorter than 6'2"?

actually youd be surprised but i never said they were all short im saying its preferable to a college scout and if your good you will get drafted faster than some center whos 6'4

Im a Marshall fan, I watched Legursky at Marshall for 4 years. He hasn't given a sack up to his man since HS. That has to say something.
